Start with the Garment

• Cycling jerseys: identify the body and panel fabrics you need, along with target weight, hand feel and any ventilation requirements.
• Cycling shorts: define your stretch, recovery, coverage and construction requirements before selecting a blend.
• Performance requirements: specify any moisture-management, UV-protection or other tests needed for the selected fabric. These properties must be confirmed by product.

Cycling Fabric Codes to Review

• 5S984 : 83% nylon and 17% spandex.
• 5S1764 : 80% polyester and 20% spandex.
• T5S2375 : 77% polyester and 23% spandex.
